PRACTICE:
I have been in private practice since my admission to the Missouri and U.S. courts in October, 1982. Liberman Law Firm was founded in July, 1984, and became a Missouri Limited Liability Company in 2000.
EDUCATION:
After graduating from the Tulane University in 1978, I received a degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law in 1982. In addition, I keep current by, first, attending at least 9 hours of continuing legal education each year, and second, reading new case decisions each week.
PERSONAL:
I’ve tried many cases in Missouri Federal and State courts to jury and judge, so I am well versed in the rules of procedure and evidence. My appeals court work includes Missouri State courts and also the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals in Washington, D.C. I am admitted to the United States Supreme Court since 1987.
