MISSOURI NURSING BOARD COMPLAINT
If you receive a letter from the Missouri State Board of Nursing requesting that you make a statement, call me first. Your livelihood is threatened.
ADMINISTRATIVE HEARING COMMISSION (AHC)
If you cannot resolve the nursing license complaint at the outset, the Complaint may be filed against you with the Administrative Hearing Commission. This requires you to file a written Answer within 30 days from the date you were served a copy. Legal representation is strongly advised.
EMPLOYMENT DISQUALIFICATION LIST (EDL)

eing listed on the Employment Disqualification List is drastic, and could potentially end your nursing career. Substantiated abuse or neglect may cause placement on the EDL, a prohibit the nurse from working in any facility which accepts Medicare funding.
